Individuals receive free shipping from purchase of €50.
B2B customers receive free shipping from purchase of €200.
Private individuals:
Private individuals pay within Belgium €2.99 (letter post) - Free shipping from €50
Particulars Netherlands pay €5.55 - Free shipping from €50
Other countries within Europe €10.99- Free shipping from €50
Business customers/B2B Belgium/Dutch/Germany:
If your total amount is under €200 excl VAT, you pay €6.99 shipping. If it is above €200, then shipping is completely free!
Business customers/B2B Europe
If your total amount is below €200, then you pay €10.99 shipping costs. If it is above €200, then shipping is completely free!
After your purchase, an invoice will automatically be sent to your email address, be sure to check spam.
After your order, your package will be delivered to the delivery point. You will then receive a track and trace in your mailbox, also check your spam. Belgian Private customers do not receive track and trace. The package will be put in your mailbox by the postman.
Private Belgium:
Within 48h your parcel will be sent by Bpost. You can expect your parcel in your letterbox within 5 working days.
Private individuals do not receive a track and trace, orders are delivered to your letterbox by your postman.
Private Customers/Business customers - B2B
within 48h your parcel is lovingly packed and taken to the dpd/PostNL point. It will then be collected by dpd/PostNL and delivered to you within 72h. The postal point does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays. Parcels ordered Friday after 8 am will not be picked up by dpd until Monday. Follow the track and trace you receive via e-mail (also check spam).
Our collection of Banditz hair elastics is regularly supplemented with new items, unfortunately we never know in advance how long our delivery will be delayed. We will also replenish the Out of Stock Banditz as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we can never specify a deadline for this.
As a private individual you do not need to create an account. An account must be created by business customers/B2B to meet other conditions.
